1. Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every DAJA ESSENTIALS product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness, consistency, and quality. We take great care in blending each formula using premium butters, natural oils, and nourishing botanical ingredients.

2. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

​

Absolutely. Our products are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, unless otherwise stated on specific labels.
We never test on animals and source all ingredients responsibly.

3. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are made without harsh preservatives, so we recommend using them within 6–12 months of opening. Always store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain texture and scent.

4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days at daja.skincare@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

5. How long does shipping take?

​

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

6. Do you ship internationally?

​

At this time, DAJA ESSENTIALS ships within the United States only. We plan to expand international shipping soon — join our mailing list or follow us on social media for updates.

7. My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.

If your tracking shows as Delivered but your package hasn’t arrived:

​

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.

  3. Contact your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx office with your tracking number.

Unfortunately, DAJA ESSENTIALS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to update or cancel an order, email us at daja.skincare@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
